Your data,
your rights.

FixSpot is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Data We Collect

We only collect what is strictly necessary to operate the service.

  • Email address — for account authentication only. Never shared publicly.
  • Full name — displayed on your reports to identify the submitter.
  • GPS location — recorded only at the moment you submit a report. We do not track your location continuously.
  • Photos — uploaded images are stored securely on Cloudinary servers for the purpose of documenting issues.

Third-Party Services

  • Firebase (Google) — handles authentication and database storage.
  • Cloudinary — stores report images. Images are linked to your report only.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Resolved reports are kept for audit purposes for a maximum of 1 year, then deleted. You may request early deletion at any time.

Your Rights under PDPA

Right to Access

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

Right to Erasure

Delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings.

Right to Rectification

Update your name or contact information from within the app.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Stop using the service and request data removal by contacting us.

Security Measures

  • All data transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
  • Firebase Security Rules enforce role-based access control
  • Passwords are never stored — managed by Firebase Authentication
  • Admin access is strictly controlled and audited
